Personal training at SENS Fitness HQ in Troy, NY is available as well as online coaching programs if you're busy and can't make it to the gym regularly.

SENS Fitness has designed a program to bring the gym to your living room. It's 12-week Kettlebell Chaos program requires two pieces of equipment, a kettlebell and a resistance band.
