  1. Use a food processor to shred oats. Don’t make them too small, just chop them up enough so they aren’t large oat flakes. Toss with protein powder, chia seeds, coconut shavings, cinnamon.

  2. Do the same with almonds and walnuts. Chop dates separately so they don’t stick to the nuts. (Good tip is to sprinkle a little protein powder on the chopped dates so they don’t clump together).

  3. Melt honey, vanilla and peanut butter in the microwave.

  4. Combine melted mixture with dry ingredients. It won’t be wet but clump together. Try to get the wet mixture into as much of the dry as you can. It helps to use a spoon to smoosh the clumps out.

  5. Then take a little plastic Saran wrap in your hand. Scoop just enough into the plastic on your palm so that you’re able to close your hand around the ball and squeeze all the air out. This should give you anywhere between 20-30 bites depending on how big your hand is.

  6. Place on a plate and freeze for 45 mins. Then remove when you’re ready to enjoy SENS energy bites alone or sprinkle like granola onto yogurt. You won’t be able to have just one!
