Super Green Spirulina

Ingredients: 

2 handfuls of spinach 

1/2 banana

1/2 avocado

1/2 Fage yogurt 

1 tablespoon Chia seeds

1 tablespoon Spirulina

1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

(Optional: Add stevia drops for sweetness)

 

Directions:

▪️Blend, drink and wait for the good juices to start pumping through your veins!
